What is Graphic Recording?
Graphic Recording, also called Visual Recording or Scribing, is about creating a visual simultaneous protocol of an event. The special feature here is, that this is done either analogously by drawing on large-format paper in a visual language (flipchart, sheets of paper) or digitally by tablet. The Graphic Recorder filters the core statements of the event and highlights them using all the arts of goal-oriented design. The big picture of the topic is summarized in a memorable and concrete way and key statements and core points can get easily. With the help of the graphic record, the results of the event can be traced, just like a progress report.
Advantages of Graphic Recording!
Visual facilitation promotes process-oriented work and supports clarification and knowledge transfer. It is a dynamic and entertaining process in which participants can interactively contribute ideas and the red thread of the event is visualized. Whether at a workshop, meeting, lecture, discussion or other event, Graphic Recording is the perfect tool to memorably record what is happening. Graphic Recordings can be used in the center of the action, interactively with the participants, or in the background parallel to the event. Live drawing gives any event an event character with memory value.
I will be happy to clarify with you in advance via Zoom or telephone which exact type of support is most suitable for your event.
